TEDA
Triethylenediamine 1,4-Diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octane
TEDA, a.k.a. triethylenediamine (CAS Number 280-57-9) is a white, solid crystalline tertiary amine compound. TEDA is used extensively as a catalyst to promote both gelling and blowing reactions in the production of flexible, semi-rigid and rigid polyurethane foams as well as elastomers and adhesives. TEDA is available in solutions of dipropylene glycol (L33), ethylene glycol (L33E) and 1,4-butanediol (L25B).
TOYOCAT
TOYOCAT is the trade name of Tosoh's specialty amine catalysts for polyurethanes. A broad range of TOYOCAT products are available including conventional catalysts, reactive catalysts, acid-blocked catalysts, and trimerization catalysts. Specialty grades are available to meet the requirements of a variety of polyurethane applications; e.g. SPF series for flexible molded foams, HX series for semi-rigid foams, B series for rigid foams and F series for CFC reduction foams.
